As a Product Designer for Captiv8 I was tasked with redesigning their Talent Management Portal search functionality, reporting, and dashboards my role involves a blend of creativity, user empathy, and technical know-how to create a seamless and efficient experience for agents and managers to find social media influencers and manage their entire roster.
TASKS
Conducting thorough user research to understand the pain points, needs, and preferences of agents and managers who use the current portal. This involves interviews, surveys, and analytics to gather insights.
Using Sketch and Figma I created wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and final designs.
